The Team of Yacht Club de La Grande Motte

A team of men and women at the service of the members of the Club, helped in their passion by a good number of volunteers of the club without whom the organization of regattas, among others, would be impossible.

The city

LA GRANDE MOTTE, A REMARKABLE SITE :

A sunny region, at the gateway to the Camargue, original architecture, green spaces covering 80% of the territory and superb beaches male La Grande Motte a unique site.

Access to La Grande Motte is very easy : motorway, international airport, TGV station are available to travellers. The resort offers a wide range of accommodations for all levels. In addition to sailing, La Grande Motte offers a wide range of sports, in particular golf, tennis and horse riding.

The sea

AN EXCEPTIONAL STRETCH OF WATER :

Located in the bay of Aigues Mortes, the lake allows boaters and sailors to indulge their passion 365 days a year.

It is protected from the strong swell coming from the south-east by the Espiguette point and benefits from the north winds which allow a strong sensation of navigation on a nearly flat sea.

A friendly club

The La Grande Motte Yacht Club is located on the beach. It has spacious and comfortable premises, with all the facilities for sailing: equipment lockers, changing rooms, showers...

In the summer months, the terrace is used for post-race barbecues, while the lounges allow club members to meet all year round in a friendly, sailing atmosphere.
